She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology in 2019 and has 5+ years of experience working in Customer Service, as such she takes great pride in providing clients an outstanding experience.

Hannah has six years experience working in the legal field, and has been a hearings case manager with Victory Disability since 2019. As the child of an Air Force veteran and a supporter of disability rights, she is dedicated to assisting our clients in obtaining benefits.

Kyle received his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Lockhaven University of Pennsylvania. He was awarded a certificate in Pet Nutrition Training from UC Davis Extension School of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2018. Kyle started employment with Victory Disability in 2019 as an Applications Specialist and was quickly moved to the role of Case Manager. He has seasoned interpersonal communication skills and is highly versatile.

Originally from Virginia, she worked as a certified nursing assistant and med tech for 4 years prior to moving to Pennsylvania, where she started out at Victory Disability as a intake specialist in October 2019. Tammy is determined to help each client get the benefits they deserve. She is dedicated, client-focused and results driven. She is sure to treat each client like family, and fight for your disability benefits.

Shaya graduated from YTI Medical Billing and Coding Program. I have been with Victory Disability since 2019 and started as an Intake Specialist and moved to a Case Manager position. Shaya have over 15 years of customer service experience and is dedicated to helping get the benefits you deserve.

Lauren has over six years of experience working on Social Security Disability claims prior to joining the pre-hearing team of case managers at Victory this year. She received her Bachelors Degree in Communications while working in music and as a substitute teacher before starting her path of working in SS Disability law. She assists every step of the way to ensure that SSA has all they need. Her goal is to help clients understand and navigate through all that goes into processing their claims.

Sandy previously worked as the Office Manager in the Office of Technology Services at Immaculata University from 2008-2019.
