Evaluation Results: Already Represented or Receiving SSDI
If you are already receiving SSDI or SSI Benefits, we are unfortunately unable to assist you. Benefits are calculated by the Social Security Administration (SSA) according to your average lifetime earnings on which you paid into Social Security. This monthly payment is unique for each individual. Because the SSA uses a complex formula to determine the benefits that an individual will receive, it is unlikely that the amount will change. If you have questions about your benefits, please contact the Social Security Administration directly at 1-800-772-1213.
If you are represented by an Attorney or Advocate with regard to your SSDI application, we unfortunately cannot assist you at this time. Please note that wait times for hearings before an administrative law judge can be upwards of 18-24 months from the initial filing date. Attorneys do not have power over the length of the disability process, therefore, a different attorney will not complete your claim any faster. Additionally, hiring a new attorney midway through the application process will likely end up costing you more out of pocket.
