Lucy Ortiz is an associate attorney at Victory Disability. Her conviction to help Veterans get the benefits they deserve is what led her to working for Social Security Disability law.

Attorney Ortiz finished her education at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez with two bachelor degrees in Fine Arts and the History of Art from 2007 to 2013. She earned her Juris Doctor at the Pontificial Catholic University of Puerto Rico at Ponce Law School up until 2016.

Her practice in Social Security Disability started with Victory Disability in February 2018. Since then, she has helped thousands of Veterans get their SSDI benefits.

Aristotel Moumas is a dedicated attorney who balances rigorous legal analysis with a results-driven approach. With a legal foundation built at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, he has focused his practice since 2017 on advocating for those who served, specializing in Social Security disability benefits for veterans.

Federal disability claims leave zero room for errors. Attorney Moumas thrives on this complexity, utilizing a systematic approach and sharp organization to build bulletproof cases. He excels at parsing medical records and administrative regulations, translating legal hurdles into actionable pathways that keep claims moving forward efficiently.

Outside of the office, Attorney Moumas is a hands-on builder and tech enthusiast who enjoys automotive maintenance, smart home automation projects, and exploring the local culinary scene.

Anthony D’Angelo is an associate attorney at Victory Disability. His passion and dedication towards Social Security Disability law has earned him the Pennsylvania Rising Star award for Social Security Disability from 2022 to 2025

Attorney D’Angelo initially finished his Bachelor’s degree for Sports Management in Drexel University in 2012. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2015.

His career started as a Social Security Disability and Workers Compensation attorney with Pond Lehocky Law Firm from 2016 to 2020. He was welcomed into the Victory Disability team from 2020 until present time.

John McCain once said, “Our country doesn’t depend on the heroism of every citizen. But all of us should be worthy of the sacrifices made on our behalf.” A profound recognition of the sacrifices made by our veterans, as well as a deep admiration for the late Senator John McCain, inspired Attorney Elizabeth Hunt to join Victory Disability. While Attorney Hunt has spent the majority of her legal career practicing in the area of criminal defense, working with veterans is her true passion and commitment. She has been dedicated to clients of Victory Disability since April of 2024.

Attorney Hunt has earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, where she was a senior editor of the Penn State International Law Review. Attorney Hunt was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, in 2015, 2016, and 2017. No more than 2.5% of lawyers in a state are named to the Rising Stars list.

Frederick Guadalupe is an associate attorney at Victory Disability.

Attorney Guadalupe earned his Juris Doctor at the Ponitifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, before finishing his Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) at the California Western School of Law in Federal Trial Advocacy.

For over 10 years, he has practiced law in Federal and State level litigation with experience in bankruptcy, criminal, civil and administrative forums. His passion for helping others led him to practice Social Security Disability law to help Veterans get their claims approved.

Attorney Guadalupe has a strong desire to keep learning new things. This brought him to also finish a Bachelor’s or Arts in Sociology at New College of Florida, and earn his degree in nursing, while further enhancing his abilities in the practice of Social Security Disability Claims.

Rebecca “Becky” Kuna is an Associate Attorney at Victory Disability. Her passion towards helping others, especially Veterans, is what led her to becoming a Social Security Disability attorney.

Attorney Kuna earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law and her B.S. from Washington & Jefferson College. She was admitted to practice before the Western District of Pennsylvania, and has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2000.

Throughout her career, Attorney Kuna has represented many individuals and businesses. One of her most prominent roles was her position as associate general counsel for a major Pittsburgh corporation. In recent years, she has since focused her practice on Social Security Disability law.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, swimming, golfing, learning how to crochet, and traveling, especially to coastal areas.

A bible verse she lives by is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Gina M. Garner is an associate attorney at Victory Disability. She has built her career around helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and dedicated herself into helping Veterans get their Social Security Disability benefits.

Attorney Garner earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she served as President of the Association of Women Attorneys. She also holds degrees from Mississippi State University and Southwest Tennessee Community College.

She has practiced disability law and litigation support for over 10 years, and represented claimants at hearings across the country. Her dedication towards her craft led her to prepare detailed pre‑ and post‑hearing briefs, and guided clients through every stage of the Social Security Disability process.

Attorney Garner is an empathetic advocate who believes that every client deserves to be heard, and treated with dignity. She brings patience, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail to each case she handles.

As a lifelong reader and learner, she also has a soft spot for animals and finds joy in being a dog mom.

Gayle Conner is an associate attorney at Victory Disability. At the heart of who she is, is an advocate of helping those in need.

Attorney Conner started her studies with a Bachelors degree for Arts in the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida in 2021. She continued to earn her Juris Doctorate at the University College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida in 2004, before passing the bar in Florida the same year. She has since worked and represented thousands of clients as a Social Security Disability lawyer.

Before starting her practice in Social Security disability law, she advocated for abused and neglected children. Her passion for Social Security disability law started with her desire to have the opportunity to stand beside vulnerable individuals and help them secure the support and dignity they deserve.

Her dedication to advocacy also extends to animal rights, fighting for those who do not have a voice of their own.

Oliver Jenkins is an associate attorney at Victory Disability.

His education started with his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire. He continued to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, Dartmouth.

Attorney Jenkins has worked for over a decade in the field of disability law. He assisted plaintiffs in nursing home abuse and neglect cases, as well as representing them against wrongful denial of short and long-term disability claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.

These recent years, he has helped thousands of individuals navigate every phase of the Social Security disability process. Initially working as a paralegal, he later worked as a law clerk, before starting his practice as an attorney at the hearing level.

In his off days, he enjoys camping, traveling, and attempting (unsuccessfully) to match the energy levels of his two young children he loves dearly.

Felicia Bunbury, a seasoned trial attorney, and disability advocate, is an associate attorney at Victory Disability. She has more than a decade of experience representing individuals seeking disability benefits. Guided by her core values of service, perseverance, and compassion, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the disability process and secure their benefits.

Attorney Bunbury finished her Bachelors in Art at the Stony Brook University in 2007, and her Juris Doctorate at the Hofstra School of Law in 2011, before starting her career in social security disability.

Throughout her career, she has represented hundreds of disability claimants by developing strong case strategies, analyzing medical and vocational evidence, preparing clients for testimony, and advocating on their behalf before judges. Her background litigating contested matters has given her the skills to identify strengths and weaknesses in a case, and present compelling arguments.

She is passionate about helping people through some of the most challenging times in their lives and takes pride in providing thorough, client-focused representation.

Outside of work, Felicia enjoys volunteering through her church, participating in Zumba classes, running along the beach, and spending time with her family.
